After submitting your registration and completing the annual fee payment:
– B2B accounts are manually reviewed and approved by our team
– B2C accounts may be approved for participation in selected auctions
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your login credentials.
5. What is the difference between B2B and B2C users?
– B2B users may participate in all available auctions unless otherwise stated
– B2C users may only bid in auctions explicitly marked as open to private buyers
Bidding rights are determined by user role and approval status.
6. Are bids legally binding?
Yes. All bids placed on the platform are legally binding and cannot be withdrawn or modified once submitted.
Winning an auction creates a legal obligation to complete the purchase transaction.

9. Can an auction be extended?
Yes. To ensure fair and transparent bidding, auctions may be automatically extended if a bid is placed shortly before the scheduled end time. This anti-sniping mechanism protects all participants from last-second manipulation.
10. Are deposits or advance payments required?
For selected auctions, a deposit or advance payment may be required before bidding or after winning.
