Terms & Conditions – ON-Auto Trading Oy
1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the ON-Auto Trading Oy website, auction platform, and related services. By accessing, registering, or using the platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
ON-Auto Trading Oy operates as an intermediary platform in the field of vehicle sourcing, auctions, and related services. The platform is intended for both private buyers (B2C) and business buyers/dealers (B2B).
2. Platform Purpose
ON-Auto Trading Oy provides access to vehicle listings and auction-based purchasing opportunities. Certain vehicles and auctions are available exclusively to business buyers (B2B), while others may be accessible to approved private buyers (B2C).
ON-Auto Trading Oy does not guarantee universal access to all auctions. Auction access depends on user role, approval status, and auction-specific rules.
3. User Registration & Approval
All users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.
Business (B2B) accounts require manual approval by ON-Auto Trading Oy.
Private buyers (B2C) may require approval for participation in selected auctions.
An annual registration fee of €49 is required to activate and maintain your auction access. This fee is charged once per year and covers account setup, identity verification, and platform access.
ON-Auto Trading Oy reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any account without prior notice if false, misleading, or fraudulent information is detected.
4. User Roles & Auction Access
B2B Dealers may participate in all auctions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
B2C Approved Users may participate only in auctions clearly marked as available to private buyers.
Viewing auction listings does not automatically grant bidding rights.
Any attempt to bypass role-based restrictions or technical safeguards is strictly prohibited.
5. Bidding Rules
All bids placed on the platform are legally binding.
Bids cannot be withdrawn or modified once submitted.
The highest valid bid at the end of the auction is deemed the winning bid.
Winning an auction creates a legal obligation to complete the transaction.
Failure to complete a winning transaction may result in account suspension, financial penalties, loss of deposits (if applicable), or permanent exclusion from the platform.
ON-Auto Trading Oy reserves the right to cancel bids or auctions in cases of technical malfunction, suspected abuse, or force majeure.
6. Final Auction Results
Once an auction has ended and a winner has been determined, the result is final and binding.
ON-Auto Trading Oy is not obligated to reopen, renegotiate, or cancel a completed auction unless required by law or in the case of a proven technical error affecting the auction outcome.
7. Prices, Fees & Payments
Vehicle prices displayed on the platform are starting or current bid prices and exclude additional costs unless explicitly stated.
A mandatory documentation, handling, and shipping preparation fee of €300 is added to the final purchase price of every vehicle. This fee covers administrative processing, documentation handling, and pre-shipment preparation.
Vehicle prices may also exclude transport, registration, taxes, customs duties, or other additional costs unless explicitly stated.
Any deposits, advance payments, or service fees will be clearly communicated prior to bidding or purchase.
All payments must be completed within the timeframe specified by ON-Auto Trading Oy.
Failure to complete payment may result in administrative fees, forfeiture of deposits, account suspension, and legal claims for incurred losses.
8. Deposits & Advance Payments
ON-Auto Trading Oy may require deposits or advance payments for participation in selected auctions.
Deposits may be non-refundable in the event of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete a transaction.
9. Vehicle Information Disclaimer
ON-Auto Trading Oy strives to provide accurate and up-to-date vehicle information. However:
Vehicle data may be sourced from third parties.
ON-Auto Trading Oy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or correctness of descriptions, mileage, condition, or documentation.
Vehicles are sold “as is”, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Buyers are solely responsible for reviewing all available information prior to bidding.
10. B2B Transactions & Consumer Rights
Business buyers acknowledge that consumer protection laws do not apply to B2B transactions.
All B2B purchases are conducted on a professional, commercial basis without consumer rights of withdrawal or complaint.
11. Technical Issues & Platform Availability
ON-Auto Trading Oy shall not be held liable for auction interruptions, bidding delays, time extensions, or cancellations caused by technical issues, system maintenance, or unforeseen platform errors.
To ensure fair bidding, auctions may be automatically extended if bids are placed shortly before the scheduled end time (anti-sniping mechanism).
12. Personal Data & GDPR
ON-Auto Trading Oy collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable EU data protection laws (GDPR).
Personal data collected during registration (name, address, email, phone, company details) is used solely for the purpose of account management, transaction processing, and platform communication.
Data is not sold or shared with third parties except where required for transaction fulfillment or by law.
Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting info@onauto1.com.

13. Liability Limitation
ON-Auto Trading Oy acts solely as an intermediary platform and shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profit or business opportunities
Delays caused by third parties
Vehicle condition discrepancies originating from external sources
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Account Suspension & Termination
ON-Auto Trading Oy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate user access in cases of:
Breach of these Terms
Non-payment or refusal to complete a transaction
Abuse of platform functionality
Illegal, unethical, or harmful behavior
15. Amendments
ON-Auto Trading Oy may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Finland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Finnish courts.
17. Language Priority
In case of discrepancies between different language versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
