All auctions are conducted online in real time. Each vehicle listing includes:

📋 Registration & Account Approval
Registration is required to participate in auctions. After submitting your registration and completing the annual platform access fee of €49:
– ⏳ Your account is set to pending approval
– 🔒 Bidding is disabled until approval is granted
– ✅ You will receive a confirmation email once your account is activated
Account types:
– 🏢 B2B (Dealer) – companies, car dealers, and professional buyers
– 👤 B2C (Private Buyer) – approved private individuals
All accounts are manually reviewed and approved by the ON-Auto Trading Oy team.

💰 Bidding Process
1. 🔍 Select a vehicle you wish to bid on
2. ✏️ Enter your bid amount (minimum increment: €50)
3. ✅ Confirm your bid — all confirmed bids are legally binding
⚡ To ensure fair and transparent bidding, auctions may be automatically extended if a bid is placed shortly before the scheduled end time (anti-sniping protection).

If you win an auction:
– 🥇 You are automatically marked as the winner
– 📧 You receive an email notification with next steps
– 📞 The ON-Auto Trading Oy team will contact you with payment and collection instructions
⚠️ All bids are legally binding. Failure to complete a purchase may result in account suspension, financial penalties, or permanent exclusion from the platform.

The following fees apply to all purchases:

– 📄 Documentation, handling, and shipping preparation fee: €300 (added to every final purchase price)
Some auctions may additionally require:

All payment requirements are clearly communicated before bidding begins.
