Buyer Rules and Serious Purchase Policy
ON-Auto helps verified buyers review vehicles from external auction platforms and understand the next steps before bidding or purchase assistance begins. To keep the service fair, professional and efficient, all buyers must follow the rules below.
It is strictly forbidden to send vehicle or auction links if you do not have a real intention to buy. ON-Auto reviews each request manually, and fake, random or non-serious requests waste time and may result in account restriction or refusal of future assistance.
1. Serious buyers only
You may send a vehicle link only if you are genuinely interested in buying that specific vehicle. Do not send links only for curiosity, price checking, entertainment or comparison without real purchase intent.
2. Do not send random or bulk links
Sending many vehicle links without choosing a realistic vehicle is not allowed. Each request should be connected to a real potential purchase. ON-Auto may reject repeated low-quality requests.
3. Provide correct contact details
Buyers must provide a real name, valid email address and phone number. Incorrect, fake or unreachable contact details may cause the request to be rejected.
4. Set a realistic budget
Before sending a vehicle link, make sure your maximum budget is realistic. The final cost may include the vehicle price, auction fees, transport, documents, possible taxes, service costs and other related expenses.
5. No direct bidding through the request form
The external auction request form is not a bidding form and not a payment form. First, you send the vehicle link to ON-Auto. Then ON-Auto reviews whether assistance is possible and confirms the next steps by email.
6. Registration fee and service deposit
The €49 registration fee is used to verify serious buyers and reduce fake requests, spam and non-serious activity. This fee is separate from the €300 service deposit.
The €300 service deposit may be requested only after ON-Auto confirms that assistance is possible for a specific selected vehicle. The deposit may be required before ON-Auto starts bidding or purchase assistance.
7. Respect auction deadlines
Auction vehicles may sell quickly and deadlines can be short. Buyers must respond on time when ON-Auto requests confirmation, payment or additional information.
8. Vehicle condition and auction risks
Auction vehicles are usually sold according to the information provided by the auction platform or seller. ON-Auto can help review available information, but buyers must understand that used and auction vehicles may have defects, hidden issues, previous damage or additional costs.
9. Abuse of the service is not allowed
ON-Auto may refuse service, block requests or restrict access if a buyer sends fake links, repeatedly cancels without reason, provides false information, abuses communication or uses the platform in a non-serious way.
Our goal
ON-Auto wants to help serious buyers access auction vehicles more transparently, safely and professionally. These rules protect real buyers, sellers and the ON-Auto service from spam, fake requests and time-wasting activity.
