Buyer Terms, Auction Rules and Purchase Assistance Policy
ON-Auto provides a vehicle auction platform and purchase assistance service for verified buyers across Europe.
Buyers can review auction vehicles, follow listings, place bids where available, use Buy Now options and request
assistance with vehicles from selected external auction platforms.
These terms explain how buyers must use ON-Auto auctions, bidding services, Buy Now listings and vehicle request forms.
The goal is to keep the process secure, transparent and professional for buyers, sellers and partners.
Buyers should place bids, use Buy Now or submit vehicle requests only when they have a genuine intention to purchase.
Auction bids, accepted offers and confirmed purchase assistance may create a real purchase obligation once approved
or confirmed by ON-Auto.
1. Verified buyer account
Buyers may need to register and complete a verification process before using auction features, Buy Now listings or
purchase assistance services. ON-Auto may request correct contact details, company information or identity confirmation
when required.
2. Auction listings
Auction listings may include vehicle details, photos, mileage, condition information, location, auction time and other
available information. Buyers must review the listing carefully before placing a bid or making a purchase decision.
Vehicle information is usually based on details provided by the seller, auction source or available documentation.
ON-Auto may help present and review the information, but buyers remain responsible for evaluating whether the vehicle
is suitable for them.
3. Bidding rules
Bids must be placed only by buyers who are ready and able to purchase the vehicle if their bid is successful.
A bid may not be submitted for curiosity, price testing or without a realistic budget.
During an auction, the highest valid bid may become the winning bid when the auction ends. ON-Auto may reject or cancel
bids that appear unrealistic, incorrect, suspicious or not connected to a serious purchase intention.
4. Winning an auction
If a buyer wins an auction, ON-Auto or the seller may contact the buyer with confirmation, payment instructions and
the next steps. The buyer must respond within the required time and follow the payment and transfer process.
If the buyer does not respond, refuses to continue without a valid reason or fails to complete the required steps,
ON-Auto may restrict future access to auctions or purchase assistance services.
5. Buy Now listings
Some vehicles may be available with a Buy Now option. A Buy Now request means the buyer is seriously interested in
purchasing the vehicle at the displayed or agreed price. ON-Auto may confirm availability, seller approval and payment
instructions before the purchase is completed.
6. Payment and vehicle transfer
After a winning bid, accepted offer or confirmed Buy Now purchase, the buyer receives payment instructions and transfer
details. The final cost may include the vehicle price, auction fees, transport, documents, possible taxes, service costs
and other related expenses.
Vehicle release, ownership transfer, export documents or transport arrangements may begin only after payment has been
confirmed and all required steps have been completed.
7. Membership fee and service deposit
The €49 membership fee gives access to ON-Auto auction-related services and helps maintain a verified buyer environment.
This fee is separate from the vehicle price, auction cost, transport cost or service deposit.
For selected vehicles or purchase assistance cases, a €300 service deposit may be requested before ON-Auto starts bidding,
negotiation or purchase assistance. The deposit requirement is confirmed separately after ON-Auto has reviewed the vehicle
and confirmed that assistance is possible.
8. External auction purchase assistance
Buyers may send vehicle links from selected external auction platforms for review. Submitting an external auction link
through ON-Auto does not automatically place a bid and does not create an immediate purchase obligation.
First, ON-Auto reviews whether assistance is possible. If the buyer confirms the vehicle, budget and required deposit,
ON-Auto may provide further instructions or assist with the next steps.
9. Vehicle condition and buyer responsibility
Used and auction vehicles may have defects, wear, previous damage, missing information or additional costs. Buyers must
understand that auction vehicles are usually sold based on the information available at the time of sale.
ON-Auto may help review vehicle information, photos and available reports, but it cannot guarantee that every defect,
hidden issue or future repair cost is known before purchase.
10. Auction deadlines and communication
Auction deadlines can be short. Buyers must respond quickly when ON-Auto requests confirmation, payment details,
documents or additional information. Delayed responses may result in the vehicle being sold to another buyer or the
opportunity being lost.
11. Right to decline or restrict service
ON-Auto reserves the right to decline, pause, cancel or restrict service if a request, bid or buyer action is incomplete,
unrealistic, misleading, abusive or not suitable for the platform. This helps protect real buyers, sellers and the
reliability of the ON-Auto auction process.
Our commitment
ON-Auto is committed to providing a transparent, professional and secure vehicle auction environment.
These terms help ensure that buyers understand the auction process, sellers receive serious interest and every
vehicle request or bid is handled efficiently.
